Banned?

I joined the server since a very long time, I play mostly under different names from time to time. I was playing today (24/03/21) and got yelled at by neo saying "black screenshots" and results in a ban... This ain't the first time I hear this, first was from Jeff himself. Now my question is how do I solve the black sreenshot issue? I don't have any cheats or program installed to inhance my gaming skills... But please for the love of god talk to people first instead of just running around banning

yes, I banned you for one day for black screenshots. I checked the screenshots due to the fact that it is a suspicious game.
Perhaps you have something with OS Windows
